Mrs Dash Lemon Herb Peppercorn marinade
2 Tuna Steaks
1 package Uncle Ben's Garden Vegetable ready rice
1 Yellow Squash
Preheat the oven to 400F. Place the tuna steaks in a pyrex dish and smother them with Mrs Dash marinade. Slice the veggies into half-medallions and sprinkle them into the pyrex dish. Cook for about 15 minutes, then give the veggies a toss and the fish a flip. After another 15 minutes, the veggies should be a little golden around the edges and the fish will be done. Pop the rice in the microwave, then make a bed for the fish to lay on. Sprinkle the veggies on top and voila!
